Public Notice N. 1
A. Unreliable/Inaccurate/Faux/Biased Information Sources
The United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA), a recognised Nation and State, and a Community of Nations and States, which does not take lightly its obligations as a Nation, State, and Community within the Earth's international community, is not responsible for any information from sources which are not licensed or otherwise authorised to publish authoritative information about the Nation, or any of its agencies or institutions.
All information from such sources should be taken with a grain of salt, or with great suspicion, especially when the identity of the writer or poster is not clear and/or widely referenced; his/her reputation is not enhanced by membership in some reputable, professional, or non-amateuristic society; the information seems solely of defamatory or dismissive nature; the information is not backed with authoritative and/or printed references.
In particular, the UMMOA cannot ensure reliable, accurate, factual, or unbiased information about it from so-called "micronational" sources, which may not be the product of genuine Fifth or Sixth World nationals, but of one-boy, -girl, -man or -woman operations called "egonations", the product of "nanonations" (aka "families"), or largely recreational nations (aka "ludonations"). The following sources have been verified as neither legitimately authorised, nor factually-based/unbiased:
B. Status of Certificates, Diplomas, Diplomatic ID Cards, or Passports issued
From time to time the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR), or Saint René Descartes University may produce Certificates or Diplomas for people requesting them, or for people deemed as worthy, and without economic compensation or any other kind of benefit. Sometimes the UMMOA also produces Diplomatic ID cards to facilitate the work of its Ambassadors, and in the past it has issued Diplomatic Passports for the same purpose.
Do not automatically take the status of an UMMOA document, or of a document issued from an UMMOA agency or institution as not being Null and Void, or the status of a professional, former student, or ambassador as currently being in "Good Standing". Not all apparent UMMOA Diplomats currently enjoy "Good Standing" status, nor are all documents legally valid even if they are not expired, or expressely stamped with the word "Void".
To ensure that any document has legal and/or current standing, please always verify with the UMMOA or specific UMMOA agency or institution to be absolutely certain.
C. Current Status of Professionals, Alumni, Ambassadors, or Nations
The following people are no longer Micronational Professional Registry (MPR) Professionals. Any certificate, document, or previously issued article asserting the contrary is Null and Void. These people may go by other aliases:
The United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA), and its agencies and institutions, retain all of their rights, and the management of these rights, without reservation.
The opinions of enemy aliens; of non-Fifth Worlders; of people who are not licensed or otherwise authorised spokespeople and/or qualified journalists; of people without advanced degrees, or the equivalent reputation in society at large, are not our concern.
The UMMOA is a Nation about verifiable facts, not mere opinions.
It is a recognised Nation and State, and Community of Nations and States, and not merely self-recognised.
It is made up of hard-working professionals, even servants of humanity, not amateurish, trite, or otherwise unqualified people.
Its people are generous and decent, sensitive about individual human and national rights, not perpetuators of frauds, or beakons of immorality.
True Ummoagians are not so because they carry an ID card, or some passport, but because they genuinely work every week, sometimes every day, for the glory and advancement of the UMMOA's ideals. Do not ask from them an ID card, but rather ask what they factually do, every week, for the UMMOA, the Fifth World, and for humanity at large. From that you will know they are Tallini's paesani (fellow countrymen o countrywomen).
